Mose inspection of commercial properties are carried out according to Environmental Assessment and Risk Management Standards (ATSM). Our inspectors are trained professionals that offer a detailed property assessment, with a complete and detailed report that follows the ATSM Commercial Property Condition Assessment (PCA) Process.

Mose commercial inspections are based on accessible, visible components and systems. Buildings we inspect include low-rise office buildings, strip malls, light industrial buildings, and multi-unit residential investment properties.

A Mose commercial inspection includes:

1. Document Reviews and Interviews
Document reviews, research, and interviews to augment the walk-through survey for better identification of physical deficiencies of the building.

2. Walk-Through Survey of the Building
The inspector conducts a thorough walk-through inspection to survey the property's physical deficiencies including systems, components, and equipmen t. All findings will be communicated in the property condition report (PCR).

3. Property Condition Report (PCR)
The inspector provides a complete PCA report according to ATSM standards. The PCR incorporates the information obtained during the Walk-Through Survey, the document review and interviews, and includes opinions of probable costs for immediate or short-term repairs likely to exceed $3000. Suggested remedies are also included. In addition, estimates of the life of building components and photographs of major deficiencies are noted.

4. Presentation of the Report
Mose inspectors will present the report to the buyer, and be available for further questions related to the PCR.
