What to Expect

Your home inspector will visit your property in the evening and make a complete survey of the exterior and interior using an infrared (IR) camera.

The IR camera detects subtle temperature variations so your home inspector can identify and provide visual proof of any irregularities in the ‘thermal envelope’ of the property. 

It is fast, non-invasive and together with our traditional Home Inspection service, produces more in-depth insights and more reliable information about a property.
